  • The Private Purchase Contract (PPC) and the first down payment will follow, this is normally between 10% and 30% of the property price.
  • Keynote: All funds transferred as stage payment/instalments will be bank guaranteed and an insurance policy will be provided by the developer.
  • On completion, once licenses have been applied for and granted, you will then need to COMPLETE on the property (usually 60% – 70%) of the property price and sign the deeds to your new home.
