Benahavis

Benahavis is a Spanish town (pueblo) and municipality in the province of Malaga. It is a mountain village between Marbella, Estepona and Ronda, 7 kilometres from the coast. On the southern face of La Serranía de Ronda mountain range, Benahavis is one of the most mountainous villages on the western Costa del Sol, near the resort beaches as well as the spectacular mountains of the Serrania de Ronda. Benahavis is one of the wealthiest locations in Spain due to the large number of luxury developments that surround the area. Exclusives urbanisations such as La Quinta, Los Arqueros and La Zagaleta, an exclusive gated estate, home to some of the most expensive properties in Spain.

Estepona

A scenic Andalusian town with a stunning marina and home to 21km of some of the best beaches the Costa del Sol has to offer. With its location being right in the middle between Marbella and Gibraltar no town is too far by car.

New Golden Mile

The up and coming area west of Puerto Banus. A great investment opportunity due to the volume of brand-new luxury apartments and villas that have been constructed over the last five years. Nueva Andalucía

Nueva Andalucía is a newly built area immediately north from Puerto Banus. It is often referred to as the ''Golf Valley'' due to the 5 Golf Courses in the area. The architecture is typically Andalucian and because of the elevation, the houses are blessed with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and beyond. It is characterised by humongous villas, exclusive gated communities and swathes of luxurious apartment complexes, creating a community that enjoys all the benefits of relaxed Costa del Sol living while still being close to the area’s main attraction points. The majority of international schools are also situated in the surrounding areas, which appeals to young families.

Golden Mile

The name speaks for itself. One of the most luxurious residential areas in Marbella, lies to the west of the resort along the Mediterranean coast. It stretches slightly over a mile (2km) from Puerto Banus in the west to the edge of the center of Marbella in the east. Renown for some of the best 5 star hotels on the coast such as Marbella club, Melia Don Pepe, Puente Romano and many more. Not only do they have some of the best beachside restaurants on offer it's also well known for it's stunning promenade where you can easily stroll from the center of Marbella to Puerto Banus.

Marbella

Laid-back Marbella centre is known for palm lined Paseo Maritimo, a seafront promenade popular for strolls, with access to bustling Fontanilla Beach. One of the main attractions of Marbella is the quaint Old Town, home to Renaissance-era whitewashed buildings, flower-draped balconies, and narrow, winding streets. Plaza de Los Naranjos draws visitors with it's orange trees, 15th-century Ermita de Santiago church, and restaurants with terraces, serving traditional dishes. It's cobbled narrowed streets will lead you through a wonderland of charming corners, beautifully decorated crumbling old walls and gorgeous sites everywhere you go.

Marbella East

Marbella East is a large area that covers urbanisations, villages and suburbs from the edge of Marbella and heading in the direction of Malaga, all the way to Cabopino. It encompasses different sections of the coast where you will find some great restaurants, bars and some beautiful houses, although, the area is low residential and very green with many golf courses and small forests dotted around. Starting from Marbella you pass many different suburbs both on the beach side of the A7 (main road) and on the mountainside including Rio Real, Los Monteros, El Rosario, Elviria and Las Chapas; and every few hundred yards along the beach are chiringuitos and restaurants.

La Zagaleta

Marbella has some of the most exclusive and desired residential neighbourhoods in Europe, inhabited by successful entrepreneurs and celebrities. La Zagaleta, located in the municipality of Benahavis, a gated and secure community of exclusive high-end villas that has managed to maintain a relaxed country club feel. Residents have access to world-class leisure and sports amenities, including two golf courses, an equestrian centre, tennis club, two clubhouses, and a concierge service.
